- 15mLFresh lime juice
- TopGrapefruit soda
- RimSalt, grapefruit wedge
Build in a tall glass over ice. Grapefruit's bitterness lands on the same note as the agave's mineral finish — the most forgiving drink in the range.
The house pour · Silver
The mineral, peppery edge in Silver does something a soft blanco can't — it meets the lime head-on instead of dissolving into it. The result is drier and more savoury, so it needs less sweetening than the standard build.
Shake hard with ice for ten seconds. Double strain into a chilled coupe, or serve over one large cube in a rocks glass. Salt only half the rim so you can choose each sip.

Silver · Lower sugar
No orange liqueur, so nothing sits between you and the spirit. Shake and strain over fresh ice. The best way to actually taste what the Tablelands did to this plant.
Rested · Stirred
Stir over ice until properly cold, strain over one large cube. The Shiraz cask gives Rested enough dried fruit and tannin to hold a stirred drink the way a rye would.
Silver · Highball
The hot-afternoon default in Far North Queensland. Tall glass, plenty of ice, nothing else. Dilution opens the roasted agave rather than washing it out.
Aged · Neat
No ice — cold shuts down the vanilla and caramel that two years in cask put there. A tulip shape concentrates the aroma; a shot glass throws it away.
